All it does is it uses your pen drive as external RAM and can be used for Windows XP and Vista, which is awesome, everyone definitely needs this app!
Please use winrar to unpack
HOW TO INSTALL PATCH:
1. Install eBoostr
2. Restart
3. Kill eBoostr process (Task Manager, of course!!)
4. Move patch to directory where eBoostr is installed
5. Run patch
6. To make eBoostr English again, run en.reg
