Decsription:
Booting from a USB Memory Stick is Possible using this ISO Image, I have Tested it in VMware & on my Real PC.

Burning a CD DVD after Booting:
I have Tested successfully at Burning Files & Folders using the following apps (After Booting From USB Memory & CD DVD).
Windows has Crashed & you need to burn your Data & you cannot get Windows to Start here are a couple of Options:

UltraISO - Pretty easy to use & straight forward for Burning Files & Folders when you need keep the Data.
ImgBurn - Also like UltraISO only this has Heaps of Advanced Settings & could be said for Specialists Users Only, due to all the Settings you can Make, tho when 1st Started there is no need to set anything if you just want to Burn your Data.

All these programs can run from the USB Memory Stick when it has Booted up (They are Not Accessible in the Windows Enviroment). Alternately if you can not Boot from a USB all you need to do is Burn the ISO Image to a CD or DVD Blank, I recommend "Nero Burning Rom".

NOTE:
You need Both Links
You will need to Extract from Both Zip files.
Extract Both Zip Files to the Same Folder.
Now Extract from Rar Files as Normal or Run the Rar Executable that has the Obvious Icon.
